Santa Claus DoorKnob Hanger Kids Arts & Crafts Activity Idea - Young children can make it (its easier for them to do the paper version), but even pre-teens through adults will enjoy creating this cute doorknob hanger. Use fun foam to make the project more challenging.
CRAFTS MATERIALS YOUR KIDS NEED TO MAKE THIS CHILDRENS' ARTS AND CRAFTS ACTIVITY:
2 pieces of ribbon (we used green)
1/2 inch to 1 inch wide
each piece should be about 1 1/2 to 2 feet long
OPTIONAL: 1 sheet of red and 1 sheet of white fun foam and a piece of cardboard
you can make the face with white or you can also get a small sheet of skin colored fun foam
you can also skip the fun foam and just make a paper version of the craft
small white pom pom or cotton ball
black marker
OPTIONAL: about 1/2 a foot of thin ribbon (1/8 inch or so wide) and jingle bells
glue (white school glue or tacky craft glue)
scissors
scotch tape
printer and paper
something to color with (if making the B&W paper version)
