Party Crackers -Kids, with this fun and easy to make craft, you can make your own party crackers!
CRAFTS MATERIALS YOUR KIDS NEED TO MAKE THIS CHILDRENS' ARTS AND CRAFTS ACTIVITY:
Cardboard Paper Towel
Wrapping Paper or Toilet Paper Rolls ( cut to about 3 in. long)
Wrapping Paper
decorations, ribbon, glitter etc
Tape
Small Surprises (chocolates, candies, balloon, toy, ....)
short Fortune Note in each like "The New Year will bring you much happiness. ")
Instructions:
Stuff paper roll with a selection of small surprises. Hold in place with a small amount of tape on each end.
Wrap each paper roll with wrapping paper leaving about 3 inches of extra paper on each end.
Twist the wrapping paper ends and hold with ribbon or tape.
Decorate as you like.
