Insert florist's foam into the pot. Gently push the cookie pops into the foam. If you like, wrap the cookie bouquet with cellophane and a ribbon.

* Florist’s foam or Styrofoam
* Decorated terra cotta pot
* Cellophane and ribbon (optional)
