Really big containers are excellent materials for so many types of crafts. There aren't that many types of big containers that we get at our house on a regular basis except for liquid laundry detergent containers. They are especially good for crafts because the plastic is usually nice and thick on them so laundry detergent bottle crafts can usually stick around for awhile before they need to get tossed. Unlike some kitchen related containers, you also don't need to worry about food smells when you do detergent bottle crafts, in fact they sometimes even smell really good. You can easily make storage for little toys with a detergent bottle craft, or they make really good dog food holders, because you have the heavy duty handle on your laundry bottle to help pour the food.
