ST. PATRICK'S DAY LEPRECHAUN BEADS & PIPECLEANER DOLL CRAFT : Saint Patrick's Day Arts and Crafts Ideas for Kids

CRAFTS MATERIALS NEEDED:

1. Doll Beads or Bead with Face Drawn on it
2. Pipe Cleaners / AKA Chenille Stems
3. Pony Beads
4. Play Doh or Clay

CRAFT PROJECT INSTRUCTIONS:

(1) Gather all of the materials that you need to make this Leprechaun Bead Doll Craft. You will need to find doll head beads (or a bead that you draw a face on), pipe cleaners, pony beads, and play doh or clay.

(2) Take a green pipe cleaner and fold it in half like the picture above.

(3) Now put the doll head bead on to the chenille stem (with the folded side) and then pull the bead a tiny bit down and then stick the pipe cleaner back into the hole to hold it in place.

(4) Put the beads on to the chenille stem and leave a tiny space between the doll head bead and the pony beads. Fold a pipecleaner in half again and wrap it around the doll's neck once until it looks like the picture above.

(5) Now put 4 beads on both of the doll's arm.

(6) Now stuff the remaining pipe cleaner into the last pony bead to hold them in place.

(7) Now separate the bottom pipe cleaners into 2 legs.

(8) Now put 4 beads on each leg.

(9) Now stuff the remaining pipe cleaner into the last pony bead to hold them in place.

(10) Now use the play doh or clay to make a leprechaun hat.

(11) Stick the leprechaun's hat on top of the doll's head. Now use the orange play doh to give the leprechaun a beard. Now your Leprechaun is finished. Give it to a loved one, a friend, or just keep it for yourself. Happy Saint Patrick's Day.
