Making Tissue Paper Flowers on Painted Trees

This could get a bit messy, so place newspaper down on the table before you start. Place some thin-ish brown paint on a piece of paper nad use a normal straw to blow air at the paint. This will push the paint in unusualy, cool different ways and directions. Many times the paint goes in different directions the way tree branches do, so that is why this is a great way for a child to create a beautiful flower tree. After the painting is done...allow time for the paint to dry....usually 30-45 minutes. Then cut out red tissue paper squares. Just crush the tissue paper into a ball and then glue it on to the tree. Give this as a gift to somebody you love.

Then fold chenille stems around the accordion folded tissue paper. Now pull poen the folded flower. It now looks like a flower. For an etra touch loop a pipe cleaner around the stem in loops.
