Make Cellophane Icicles

Cut a piece of cellophane to measure 9 inches by 21/2 inches. Begin rolling the strip at the lower right hand corner. Fig. I , and continue rolling until it appears as Fig. 2. Paste top end with Scotch tape. Use colored threads to attach icicles to Christmas tree.
