Halloween is not the same without ghosts, be it decorations or ghost costumes. I believe ghosts are the cheapest and easiest decoration you can make for Halloween.
Lets start with the easiest ghost craft: made from an old white pillow case or white sheets. Just draw the face with a permanent black marker (like a sharpie) and hang. You can make miniature floating ghosts from the same marker but with white tissue paper and light weight craft wire to hang. Or you can make the same miniature ghosts from white packing foam.
