It is not an easy job, but if you really want to add that special touch to gifts you make or just give to people you really care about, making your own wrapping paper is the way to go. Be careful who you do this for though. There are two types of people in this world rippers and slippers. Rippers don't care about the paper, just what is inside. Slippers are the people who love nice wrapping paper and try to slip it off the gift and fold it up nicely. These are the people most likely to appreciate the effort. I can't even imagine the horror I would feel to see all the love I put into a beautiful hand made wrapping paper and just watch it quietly as my heart breaks as a ripper shreds it and tosses it into the trash. My loved ones would never do that to me though. Of course there are simple hand made wrapping paper crafts too, so if you aren't sure how your wrapping paper will be handled, you might want to go that way and save yourself the tears. Most important though, make your paper with a smile and have fun
